First
off: I made the bread myself! It was the first time I have ever made a loaf of
bread and it turned out… well it didn't really rise a whole lot. It was whole wheat
as well. I thought about what the best way to use the bread and came up with
wet chicken sandwiches.
Two
loafs came out kinda like a foot long at Subway would. We each got one. The
chicken was tenderized and marinade before we threw it on the grill
Marinade:
Lemon, Balsamic Vinegar, Agave Syrup, Salt, Pepper
We sautéed
the garlic and shallots butter and then added about twelve regular mushrooms
sliced. Set aside.
We
assembled the sandwiches with mayo and mustard, added lettuce and mozzarella to
complete it.
